The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly for one of the following reasons:

• Receipts – where a customer has requested a receipt be sent to them by email

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

• Job applications from job boards and recruitment consultants

We use the information that we have been given to:

• Grant permitted logins to one or more of our systems and to facilitate easier subsequent access

We only share data with separate legal entities that are directly integrated into the technology of Thrive Technology Group.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored. If you request your personal details be removed by email or post, this will be actioned within 30 working days of receipt.

User access to our systems is contractually controlled by each client.

If a client contract is concluded and not renewed, logins and personal details will be deleted within 90 working days of the contract end date.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right of access – you have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to restriction of processing – You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to object to processing – You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
