The type of personal information we collect

- Receipts – where a customer has requested a receipt be sent to them by email

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored. If you request your personal details be removed by email or post, this will be actioned within 30 working days of receipt.
User access to our systems is contractually controlled by each client.
If a client contract is concluded and not renewed, logins and personal details will be deleted within 90 working days of the contract end date.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
